This statement outlines how My CV Tracker (MCT) stores and uses the information you provide to us.

Personal information that you supply to us will only be used for the purposes of processing your application for a role with MCT or one of our clients and, if successful, managing your contract and matching your details to any future suitable assignments. In order to process your application (and, if successful, manage your contract), we may need to pass your information to other MCTcompanies and/or to MCT clients.

Your personal information will be mainly processed by Spring within the European Economic Area (EEA) but may also be transferred to and processed in countries outside of the EEA. In addition, any personal information provided by you may be stored on servers outside the EEA. Some overseas countries do not have data protection legislation equivalent to that in force in the EEA and in submitting your application, you consent to any transfers outside the EEA. In all circumstances, wherever your personal data is stored and processed, it will be processed in accordance with all applicable laws.

By providing personal data to MCT, you are giving your express consent to MCT to process that personal data and to transfer it to other MCTcompaniesand / or MCT clients (as needs be). In the course of processing your application, MCT may collect personal data about you which is more sensitive than other data (such as details about your health or criminal convictions). You expressly consent to MCT processing this sensitive personal data about you.

We will treat all personal data (whether sensitive or not) as private and confidential except where we are permitted or required by law to make a disclosure or where the disclosure is made with your consent or is necessary for the purposes of progressing your application.

You agree that the personal data which you provide to MCT is in all respects true and accurate and is not in any respect misleading or deceptive. You agree to inform MCT in writing if any of the information you have provided is no longer accurate during the period in which MCT retains your personal data.

In some instances, we might want to send you information about any services we offer or we might want to contact you about specific roles that we believe you may be interested in.

We will keep your data for 24 months from the date of your application. This is to enable us to meet our legal obligations and also to enable us to match your details to any future suitable assignments. After 24 months, your personal data will be removed from Spring system. However, if you are engaged to provide services to MCT or to an MCT client, MCT will need to hold your personal data for the length of any assignment and for as long thereafter as may be required to ensure compliance with statutory and other obligations.

You have a right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of the personal information we hold about you, please email or write to us at the addresses set out below. We may make a small charge for this service.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate.

You may request the removal of your personal data from MCT systems at any time by emailing info@mycvtracker.com "Remove my Details" in the subject title. We may not always be able to comply with your request immediately – for example, if we need to retain your personal information for a certain period of time for legal reasons, but in such a situation, we will always ensure that you are not contacted by MCT again.

MCT operates an information security management system certified to the ISO27001 standard.

If you are provided with a user id and/or password by MCT, you are responsible for keeping it secret. You agree to immediately notify MCT of any unauthorised use of your user id and/or password. Any breach of the above which results in losses to either MCT or our Clients may result in legal action being taken against the individual concerned. Your account information is password-protected for your own privacy/security.

We keep our privacy policy under regular review. Any substantial changes to the way in which we process personal data will be notified by posting an announcement on our website.
